Federico Fiori Italy

Born in Milan on 11 September 1968, graduated in Medicine and Surgery in the University of Pavia, Specialization in General Surgery in Milan. From 2000 to date He works at ASST SANTI PAOLO E CARLO in Milan, General Surgery Department of San Carlo Borromeo Hospital, where He currently deals in General and Robotic Surgery, with particular expertise in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery of GI and in AWR Surgery, for which is the Referent for the entire institution with a highly specialized role, and Emergency/Trauma Surgery. Author of scientific publications on the subject, including the publication of the “TESAR”, minimally invasive technique for midline defects. Since 1994 actively involved in Plastic Surgery, with specific surgical activity in the morphological abdominal remodeling surgery. In 2023 He published, for now in Italian, the book “Diastasi e Dintorni”, aimed at Patients and Healthcare Operators, in which He extensively covers every aspect related to Diastasis Rectis.
