MBBS (Singapore), MRCS (Edinburgh), MMed (Surgery), FRCS (Edinburgh) Senior Service Resident, Division of Minimally Invasive Surgery, Department of Surgery, National University Hospital, Singapore Clinical Lecturer, Department of Surgery, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore Dr. Sean Lee is currently serving as a Senior Service Resident in the Division of Minimally Invasive Surgery at the National University Hospital, Singapore. He was also previously the Deputy Chief Resident of the hospital’s General Surgery Residency Program from July 2021 to June 2022. During his tenure, he facilitated the COVID-19 emergency manpower planning and assisted in the implementation of a new hospital-wide electronic medical records platform. He is appointed as a Clinical Lecturer under the Adjunct Clinician Educator scheme by Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He introduces first-year medical students to the wards, teaches third-year medical students during their surgical rotations and mentors fifth-year medical students during their Student Internship Program. He also conducts postgraduate teaching sessions for house officers and residents. Over the years, he has been awarded various teaching awards such as the Junior Doctor Teaching Award, Young Clinician Mentor Award and Great Teacher Awards under the Interactive and Didactic Teaching by NUH and NUS.
